After consulting my workload and weighing it against certain deadlines, I’ve decided that a short break from blogging is in order. I’ve been steadily approaching the need for an extended sabbatical and the reverberations in the echo chamber have been grating a bit on my nerves the last few weeks—a sure sign it’s time to step away for a bit before returning with a healed mind and renewed enthusiasm. As such, I’ll be away for the Society for next two weeks at minimum and cutting my online time down dramatically. During this period, I hope to make some progress on a project or two and generally enjoy the warming weather here in the American Northeast. Posting will recommence once my various mental contusions have healed. Behave yourselves in my absence.
