Ever since I started running my own campaigns (13 years old in 1980, playing Holmes ed.) I have always had trouble with PC fatalities. I would fudge the dice, etc. to avoid it. When there was a PC death, it was always unpleasant and a BIG DEAL at the table. Ugh. <br /><br />I am going to be running a new campaign soon (old school) and I have been inspired to let the dice fall where they may.
